Snake Pot is real-money PvP slither on Solana. You grow by eating food and other players; the longer you get, the more your snake is worth — and every dollar on the board is real SOL you can take.

Kills: ram your head into another snake's body to eliminate them and claim their mass. A smaller, faster snake can still beat a bigger one by out-turning it, cutting it off, or forcing a bad angle — the bigger radius wins a head-on, so don't trade heads with someone larger.

Cash out: press Q to start a 6-second server-locked auto-circle. Survive the circle and your money is paid out on-chain; get killed during it and you drop as food. A snake that rams a player mid-cashout steals their pot.

Boost (hold): burn a little length for speed to chase or escape. Strategy is control — use your size to wall off space, bait slow-turners, and punish anyone too aggressive.
